Please Note: All payments will be in person or via Venmo as BST grows.

Please use the interface below to choose your appointment/session. Follow the prompts and if you have any trouble, please do not hesitate to reach out to us so we can assist you in setting up your session.

ALL BOLT SOCCER TRAINING SESSIONS WILL BE HELD AT THE EPISCOPAL SCHOOL OF JACKSONVILLE UNLESS TOLD OTHERWISE.

Coach Bolt will communicate directly with you in regards to the location of each scheduled session.

Please print, sign, and provide a completed waiver (click below) to a Bolt Soccer Training Coach before your first session.
